The Coordination Process
- Fill out our contact form with your wedding details so we can contact you to set up for a FREE initial consultation.
- Our lead coordinator will email you a preliminary wedding questionnaire to get some basic information about your special day so that she can help guide you on the perfect wedding package.
- Take the initial consultation as your chance to ask questions you may have, describe your wants and needs, and get to know Pop of Posh Events and all the services we offer.
- After your initial consultation, you will receive a copy of our contract of service with your wedding details for you to review.
- After reviewing and asking any questions you may have, return your signed contract with 50% of the contracted amount to secure Pop of Posh Events as your wedding coordinator!
- Once your deposit is placed, you will be connected with your coordinator and sent your official Pop of Posh Wedding Questionnaire. This is to help us get the details of your wedding vision and guide you on any last minute details.
- Schedule your in-depth consultation to review your questionnaire and have your official timeline created so you head into your final meetings with all your vendors with your day's details.
- Sit back and get married! Your coordinator takes it from here to contact vendors, be your point of contact the day of, and keep your wedding on track giving you the best wedding experience you could have.
